Space Availability - Soldotna Public Library

Welcome to our online room reservation portal! 

Follow these steps to get started! ⬇️

1️⃣Use the grid below to request a meeting space by selecting the desired date and start time.

2️⃣After selecting your start time, use the drop-down menu below the grid to select your end time.

Please visit the service desk to check-in no earlier than your reservation start time.

 

Reservations are marked as a no-show 15 minutes after the start time. To avoid losing your reservation, please arrive on time or call the service desk if you will be late. 

Regular room operating hours
10am-5:45pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays,
10am-7:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Conference Rooms A and B are available to use for free during these times. These rooms are not available outside regular operating hours.

The Community Room is also available for public and private events during regular operating hours. There is a $30 fee for events charging an attendance fee, and for events using the room outside of regular operating hours. If your event is free and during regular hours, this $30 fee does not apply and will be removed upon reservation approval.

Events outside room operating hours that also charge to attend will be charged an additional $30, for a total of $60.

Room Details

  • The Community Room is a 1100 sq. ft. facility with chairs and tables.  
  • The capacity is 144 with chairs and 62 with chairs and tables. 40 chairs and 16 tables are available for use.
  • The room includes a projection screen and a suspended XGA projector with an HDMI connection.
  • A counter top including a microwave and sink are available for serving light refreshments.

Fees

  • Free events may be held in the Community Room for no charge during the Library’s normal operating hours: 10am-5:45pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays. 10am-7:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays.  
  • Before or after-hours events are subject to a $30.00 fee
  • Events charging an attendance fee may be held in the Community Room for a $30.00 fee during the Library’s normal operating hours, or for $60 before or after-hours ($28.20 or $56.40 for tax exempt organizations).

For reservations for 1-5 people, please check the availability of Rooms A and B, before booking the larger Community Room.
