Welcome to our online room reservation portal! 

Follow these steps to get started! ⬇️

1️⃣Use the grid below to request a meeting space by selecting the desired date and start time.

2️⃣After selecting your start time, use the drop-down menu below the grid to select your end time.

Please visit the service desk to check-in no earlier than your reservation start time.

 

Reservations are marked as a no-show 15 minutes after the start time. To avoid losing your reservation, please arrive on time or call the service desk if you will be late. 

Regular room operating hours
10am-5:45pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays,
10am-7:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Conference Rooms A and B are available to use for free during these times. These rooms are not available outside regular operating hours.

The Community Room is also available for public and private events during regular operating hours. There is a $30 fee for events charging an attendance fee, and for events using the room outside of regular operating hours. If your event is free and during regular hours, this $30 fee does not apply and will be removed upon reservation approval.

Events outside room operating hours that also charge to attend will be charged an additional $30, for a total of $60.
