Bear Safety & Electric Fencing Workshop In-Person
Learn how to protect your property and improve wildlife safety to reduce human-wildlife conflicts! The Defenders of Wildlife & Alaska Department of Fish and Game will discuss effective prevention methods, including electric fencing — a proven, non-lethal deterrent — and the reimbursement program for Kenai Peninsula and Southeast Alaska residents covering 50% of electric fence costs.
